Deleting Your Easy Go Cabs Account:

We understand that there may come a time when you no longer need to use the Easy Go Cabs app. This information will guide you through deleting your account and what to expect during the process.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Account Deactivation: Your account will be deactivated, meaning you won't be able to use it to book rides or access any Easy Go Cabs services.
  • Data Deletion: We will delete your personal information associated with the account, such as your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and past ride history. There may be a short delay in complete data deletion due to technical limitations.

Important Notes

  • Retention for Legal Reasons: In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons. This data will be anonymized and not used for marketing or any other purposes.
  • Driver Information: If you were also a registered driver with Easy Go Cabs, you will need to go through a separate deactivation process for your driver account. Contact Easy Go Cabs Driver Support for guidance on this.
  • Refunds: Any pending refunds associated with your account will still be processed even after deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Easy Go Cabs app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the "Settings" or "Account" section of the app (this may vary depending on the app version).
  3. Look for a section titled "Delete Account" or similar.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:

  1. Multi Day trip: The charge for the first day would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the user.
  2. Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the user.
  3. Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 2 hours prior of pickup time.

Refunds
